Financial Information

Charges for facility services, including supplies, are billed separately from your physician's fees. After you return home, you will receive separate bills from the surgery center, surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, and pathologist (if applicable).

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. We participate with many insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. The patient portion of the bill is expected to be paid on or before the day of surgery.

Satisfying the conditions of your insurance policy is the responsibility of the patient. When inquiring about coverage, ask your insurance company if they cover "freestanding ambulatory" facilities. Also, be sure to ask if they require any specific documents such as a second surgical opinion or a letter of certification.
